The White Room Hot Stones Treatment gives an added depth to our usual Massage Therapy treatment. It is used to help you relax and ease muscle tension and revive damaged soft tissues throughout the body.

During our hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.

In most cases, Massage Therapy is a very safe and beneficial treatment. If you have recently been through surgery, are in acute pain, are pregnant or are taking any medications relating to a more serious health condition, then please let us know prior to coming. We may just need you to check with your GP or consultation that you are safe to receive a treatment.
