This treatment is perfect for tension and fatigue and has been shown to help assist those who find it hard to drop off to sleep at night. It also helps to release stress and tension that can build up in the head, neck, shoulders and upper back.

This treatment is carried out lying down for the ultimate relaxation. Oil is not used in the hair for this treatment, unless you would like us to.

In most cases, Massage Therapy is a very safe and beneficial treatment. If you have recently been through surgery, are in acute pain, are pregnant or are taking any medications relating to a more serious health condition, then please let us know prior to coming. We may just need you to check with your GP or consultation that you are safe to receive a treatment.
